There are no product listings or prices on Qostly today. This page explains what we are building and the rules it will follow.
A UK product price-comparison service. It shows where you can buy an exact product, and what each retailer's offer would cost you with delivery.
UK shoppers, mostly on a phone, who already know roughly what they want and want the real price without buying the wrong thing.
Headline prices hide delivery, similar names hide different products, and many price pages never say when a price was checked.
01 / Search
We are beginning with one category and a curated catalogue, not the whole internet, so that every product we list can be checked. You will be able to search by product name, brand and model, and by product identifiers such as barcodes where retailers supply them.
Similar names often hide different products. Qostly matches each retailer listing to one exact product variant before comparing prices, and sends uncertain matches to a person for review instead of guessing.
The delivered total is the item price plus delivery plus any mandatory fees, including VAT. Qostly only shows a total when every part of it is known. If a retailer does not state its delivery cost, the offer says so. It is never treated as free delivery, and it cannot be labelled the lowest total.
Each offer shows when its price was last confirmed by the retailer's data. Offers that have not been updated recently are marked, and they are never used as the lowest price.

Retailer C has the lowest item price, but it does not state its delivery cost, so its total is unknown and it cannot hold the “Lowest known total” label.
03 / Buy
Qostly does not sell products, take payments or handle delivery. When you choose an offer, you go to the retailer's own site to buy it.
Qostly may earn a commission when you visit or buy from a retailer through some of our links. Those links will be labelled.
Affiliate disclosureOffers are ordered by what you would pay; labels use stated, checkable criteria. Whether, or how much, Qostly earns from an offer is not an input to either.

We are building and testing the comparison on test data that never appears on the public site.

We will use product data only from affiliate networks and retailer programmes that authorise us to, within each programme's terms. We do not copy prices from retailers' web pages.
Before launch
We will run Qostly Shopping privately on real data and measure match accuracy, price freshness and retailer coverage before anything is shown publicly.
